Charissa Carvell
Charissa Carvell is a Colorado native, born in Salida, CO and she has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2019. After 15 years in the animal medicine and pet care industry she went back to school in hopes of bringing a holistic whole body approach to skin care and self care. Charissa loves pampering her clients with custom treatments, helping to tackle your skin care goals in a holistic approach helping you glow from the inside out, she has focused her continued education on facial massage and waxing. Specializing in brazilian waxing and microneedling. Charissa is set to become a master esthetician through the NCEA (National Esthetician Certification) this year.
Dr. Erin T. Murphy
Dr. Murphy, DAOM was elected to sit on the executive board of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado
Dr. Murphy was also a chair member on American Society of Acupuncture.
Dr. Erin T. Murphy performs acupuncture, massage, and facials in Rifle, Colorado. Treatments for chronic and acute pain. Dr. Murphy has experience with cosmetic acupuncture, dermatology, internal medicine, physical medicine, fertility, pain management, emotional stress, PTSD, addition, and much more.
Dr. Erin T. Murphy became a Massage Therapist the same year she completed a Lymphatic Therapy Certification in 2004 from the Dr. Vodder School of Lymphatic Therapy in British Colombia. She received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Barry University (2011). In 2015 Dr. Murphy completed a Masters in Oriental Medicine at Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale. In October 2019 Dr. Murphy presented to an international committee a meta analysis analyzing the biochemical changes on injury induced apoptosis when applying electrical acupuncture to complete her Clinical Doctorates at ATOM.
In 2022 she took advantage of local classes for skin care and advanced chemical and mechanical exfoliation. Treatments with Dr. Murphy go deeper then average skin care services because she can combined acupuncture with American skin care therapy.
I am compassionate toward people who are in pain and I believe that soft touch along with massage thearpy can ease suffering. I am trained in Acupuncture, Massage, Manual Lymphatic Therapy, and skin care, which can target anything from sports injuries to inter-oral treatments for stroke victims. With my experience, you can trust you will get the best possible care.
