The Local Healing House has an organic movement happening with woman who are seeking out support for a wide range of different types of treatments. Therefore, we decided to embrace the moment and develop a special program for woman, based on their needs.
IVF, Fertility & Acupuncture
It’s important to feel connected and in control when planning a family. We always recommend both partners come to treatments at the same time to help empower the process. Regardless of the client, we offer a supportive fertility program. First, we offer last minute treatment times to accommodate your medical team and how they may change your schedule. Second, we offer alternatives to medication with herbal therapy. Third, we analyze what your body needs and develop a program specific to you which includes food therapy and different treatment plans.
Pregnancy & Massage
A woman’s body changes a lot during pregnancy development. We offer massage therapy to help with the hormonal changes that alter the tendons and ligaments in the body. Having the extra weight from the baby also increase low back pain. We offer side lying treatments and we offer a face down option for woman who are pregnant. We do limit treatment in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Skin Care
Who does not want to look their best? We offer a wide range of beauty enhancements that are all natural, organic, never animal tested. Cosmetic Acupuncture uses your bodies natural healing process to boost college. Facials aim to hydrate, brighten, and soften harsh texture. Chemical peels pull up old skin damage and leave the skin looking radiant. There are different levels of chemical peels and a person needs to build up to higher levels. Peel Season is often in the fall and winter. Manual exfoliation like dermabrasion and dermplanning help with skin texture.
